At Blue Orchid we aim to constantly improve all aspects of the services we deliver to our clients. We do this through a series of review meetings with staff of all levels but also, and most importantly, we ask our clients about what we can do better. This is managed through one-to-one meetings, post-event evaluations and email surveys. However, we also encourage feedback from you at any stage of your Blue Orchid journey.

If your concern relates to a complaint about the service we have provided to you, this will be passed to the Area Manager for your location who will deal with it personally. You can download a copy of our complaints process here. The Area manager will contact you directly, listen to your concerns, investigate and take appropriate action. They will always communicate the results of their investigation to you.
